Trampoline Training Classes
Training classes have returned! Our first offering is Balance & Resistance class, a beginner program for ages 16+ to learn introductory techniques that can be translated to a variety of action sports.
BENEFITS
Athletes will learn and train in a safe and controlled environment, experience sports simulation, and perform indefinite repetitions and with the opportunity to be creative and expand the athletes skill box.
SKILLS AND TRICKS
Athletes will get exposure to and learn how to master a variety of movements from simple straight jumps, tuck jumps, straddles and pikes, to elite level Olympic Trampoline skills, such as double fronts and backs. With the standardized training progressions athletes will learn freestyle movements such as mities, d-spins, rodeos, flat spins, corks and many other off-axis maneuvers seen in the action sports world.

Cancellation Policy
- Training Ground classes are non-refundable at the time of purchase, credits and refunds are only given under extreme circumstances.
- Private Lessons are non-refundable at the time of purchase. Participants must provide 48 hours cancellation notice in order to receive a credit for later use.
