Trampoline Training Classes

Future Training Class schedules will be announced after the Shelter in Place order is lifted.

BENEFITS

Athletes will learn and train in a safe and controlled environment, experience sports simulation, and perform indefinite repetitions and with the opportunity to be creative and expand the athletes skill box.

SKILLS AND TRICKS

Athletes will get exposure to and learn how to master a variety of movements from simple straight jumps, tuck jumps, straddles and pikes, to elite level Olympic Trampoline skills, such as double fronts and backs. With the standardized training progressions athletes will learn freestyle movements such as mities, d-spins, rodeos, flat spins, corks and many other off-axis maneuvers seen in the action sports world.

Class Types

INTRO/All LEVEL TRAINING GROUND CLASSES

This class type caters toward individuals that have some or no previous experience in gymnastics and/or tumbling and trampoline. The curriculum will follow the USAT standards. Each one of these levels consists of consecutive skills designed to allow for proper progression and adaptation to the program. The athlete will also be introduced to freestyle aerial maneuvers following the HOA programming methodology.

BOARDSPORTS TRAINING GROUND CLASS

Athletes will get exposure to and learn how to master a variety of movements from simple straight airs to freestyle movements such as misties, d-spins, rodeos, flat spins, corks and many other off-axis maneuvers seen in the action sports world. This class will cater to those wishing to learn snowboarding, skiing, wakeboarding, kiteboarding skills. The curriculum will follow the USA Gymnastics Trampoline standards and work from level 1 through 10.

ADVANCED TRAINING GROUND CLASSES

A class for Intermediate and Advanced jumpers. For both boardsports and general trampoline students. The curriculum will follow the USAT standards. Each one of these levels consists of consecutive skills designed to allow for proper progression and adaptation to the program. The athlete will also be introduced to freestyle aerial maneuvers following the HOA programming methodology. NOTE: All participants must receive sign-off from a House of Air instructor to participate in this advanced class.

Cancellation Policy

  • Training Ground classes are non-refundable at the time of purchase, credits and refunds are only given under extreme circumstances.
  • Private Lessons are non-refundable at the time of purchase. Participants must provide 48 hours cancellation notice in order to receive a credit for later use.
