FAQ & Safety Rules
Everything else you need to know before you fly.
The Golden Rule: Waivers
Every single person entering the trampoline area (jumping or observing) MUST have a signed waiver. Under 18 requires a parent/guardian signature.
Our Commitment to Inclusivity & Respect
House of Air is a place for everyone — every body, every ability, every background. Whether you're here for your first jump or your five-hundredth, you belong. We celebrate all shapes, sizes, ages, and skill levels, and we're committed to making sure every visitor feels welcome, respected, and comfortable being exactly who they are.
Zero Tolerance Policy
That same commitment means we take a firm, zero-tolerance stance against bullying, name-calling, body-shaming, harassment, or physical violence of any kind. This applies to how guests treat one another, and to how our staff treat guests — no exceptions. Anyone who engages in this kind of behavior may be asked to leave the facility immediately, without a refund, and may be denied entry in the future. If you witness or experience anything that violates this policy, please tell a staff member or manager right away so we can address it.
