Launching a House of Air Franchise is clearly a substantial investment and will vary significantly on the size, location, and construction required to retrofit or erect a new building. While HOA has tools to aid in financial analysis, it is crucial that each franchisee understands the required investment and makes the responsible financial decisions necessary.

Franchisees pay House of Air an ongoing royalty fee rate of 6% of Gross Sales.

Franchisees are required to contribute 2% of Gross Sales to the House of Air Brand Fund which will be used to create a broad range of marketing materials from in house flyers and promotions to broad cross-regional campaigns and more.


The initial term is 10 years with two additional 5 year terms available if a minimum criteria is met.


House of Air Corporate is heavily invested in your ability to represent the brand in a meaningful way, and therefore we are going to work extremely hard to make sure you are successful financially, in your market, and in your community.

Site Selection

We will provide detailed search criteria for choosing a location for your business and have the expertise to assist with lease negotiation if needed. In addition, we will supply insurance expertise and standards for layout of your floor plan.

Initial Training

We provide up to 3 weeks of initial training at our headquarters in San Francisco for you and your key employees at no cost for tuition or materials. In addition, when you are ready to open we will spend up to 7 days at your location assisting with final equipment adjustments, staff training and marketing. Our goal is to ensure you are set up for success from day one.


We will help you to adapt our proven marketing and advertising programs and materials to fit your market. We have developed a branded merchandise program that not only adds income to your business but also elevates the HOA name in your community and creates loyal customers.

On-Going Support

We want our franchisees to enjoy the same success that we have experienced, and we are committed to building and protecting the House of Air brand. We will consult with our franchisees as they grow their business. We believe our success is critically linked to yours.


No. Previous business ownership especially in the leisure/recreation or service industries is extremely valuable but not necessary. Prior experience in customer service, financial analysis, service based operations, and part-time employee management are all advantageous as well, but not required.
